Wisdom and Eloquence for Christ

Welcome to Rhetoric LLC, a company that provides Christians with excellent communications training in order to glorify God.

Christian communicators need to be equipped not only with eloquence, but also with biblical wisdom to know the truth and act rightly. Rhetoric LLC guides our customers in both wisdom and eloquence.

         This summer, Rhetoric LLC plans to hold camps in various locations around the nation, as well as online, in order to prepare students for speech and debate competitions—and beyond. Our team of coaches, carefully selected for commitment to Christ, excellence, and passion, will be offering private coaching online. This fall, Rhetoric LLC will offer online clubs for speech and debate.

         Christian students across the country are looking for coaching that is both excellent and grounded in God’s word. Rhetoric LLC believes that they don’t have to choose one or the other: in fact, it is crucial to have both. Christ matters more than any trophy, but in Christ we are called to strive for excellence.

         As we launch, we have big goals for the future. Rhetoric LLC is here to change the speech and debate industry. But that is only half of it. We are here to equip Christian orators to change the world.

Josiah Hemp

Josiah Hemp is the founder of Rhetoric LLC. His past accomplishments include: placing 2nd at the NCFCA National Championship in Lincoln-Douglas, numerous awards in Team Policy Debate and Moot Court, and awards in 8 kinds of speech competition. He is studying journalism at Patrick Henry College.

Josiah is passionate about equipping students to become better communicators for God’s glory. He uses his strong analytical abilities and skill in communicating clearly to coach and teach with excellence.
